Sign a new management agreement with us by 31 December 2026 and we won't charge our management fee on your first 4 weeks of rent. It's for new agreements with a 12-month minimum term. Full conditions are in the fine print below.
If your property is ready to lease and listed at the rent we recommend, we aim to have it leased within 21 days. If we don't, you only pay half the letting fee when it does lease. Conditions apply, see below.
Not with us. Once you've given notice under your current agreement, we handle the rest: keys, tenant records, the ledger and bond paperwork. Your tenant stays put and rent keeps coming in.
A phone chat (about 30 minutes) is great if you just want a rent figure and to hear how we work. An on-site visit is best if the property is vacant, you're thinking of switching soon, or you want advice on getting it ready to lease.
We focus on Tuggeranong, Weston Creek and Molonglo Valley, but we manage properties across Canberra. If you're somewhere else, still get in touch.
Yes. We do sales too. Choose "Thinking of selling instead" in the form and we'll talk you through both options.
Available for new property management agreements signed with Prime Pace Properties by 31 December 2026. We waive our management fee (the percentage of rent collected) on the first 4 weeks of rent collected under the agreement. Letting, advertising and any other agreed fees still apply. Minimum management term of 12 months. If you end the agreement within the first 12 months, the waived management fee is payable under the early-exit terms in your agreement. One offer per property. Not available for properties already managed by Prime Pace Properties.
Applies to properties that are vacant (or have a confirmed vacate date), clean, in good repair and ready to lease, with access for photos and inspections, and listed at the rent we recommend. The 21 days start from the date the property is first advertised. If an application isn't approved and accepted within 21 days, the letting fee is reduced by 50% when the property is leased. It doesn't apply if the rent is set above our recommendation, a suitable approved applicant is declined, or the listing or inspections are delayed by access, repairs or changes requested by the landlord. Not available for short-stay or holiday rentals.
Rental appraisals are an opinion of the likely market rent based on current conditions and comparable properties. They aren't a guarantee of rent.
