Who we are

Prime Pace Properties is a licensed real estate agency in the ACT. We provide property management, sales and buyer's agency services. This policy explains how we handle personal information we collect through this website and our enquiry forms. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Details about your property, such as its address, suburb, type, number of bedrooms and current management.
• Your preferences, such as how you'd like us to contact you and appointment times you book.
• Basic technical information when you visit our pages, such as browser type and pages viewed, including through cookies and advertising tools like the Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

• To prepare your rental appraisal and quote, and to book and confirm appointments.
• To respond to your enquiry by phone, SMS or email. With your consent, this can include calls from our AI assistant.
• To send you property news and updates, if you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.
• To meet our legal obligations as a licensed agent.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management and booking software (GoHighLevel), our property management software, phone and SMS providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We'll also disclose information where the law requires it.

AI assistant calls and messages

If you ask us to follow up, we may use an AI voice assistant or automated SMS to confirm your details and book your appointment. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, or tell us to stop contacting you.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, corrections and opting out

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS, click unsubscribe in any email, or contact us using the details below.

Complaints
